Body. Spirit. Mind.

Not exactly in that order. But each one has a profound impact on the other two. My lifelong exploration of how these work together has led me through Yoga, Reiki, Ayurvedic lifestyle and Arts and movement based therapy and hiking.

I believe that well-being is possible for everyone irrespective of circumstances. My well-being and fitness coaching is a personalized approach to finding a routine that is appropriate for your life stage, nature and body type.

Combining this with the lens of social equity, I have a special interest in women’s health and communal programs. 

I offer programs, retreats, and workshops for general well-being and specific therapy interventions  using simple breath-based and embodiment practices that can be incorporated easily into one’s day-to-day life.
